DSA Fees. DSA policy is to charge CCD review fees for processing and approval of changes in the Plans and Specifications through the Construction Change Document process. Contractor is specifically directed to the current DSA IR A-30 which provides fee structure and charges that will be incurred for proceeding is with respect to the CCD process, a process that must be followed for each change in the Plans and Specifications.
