DSS Marketing Guidelines. The MCO may, at its option, market or promote their plan to potential members. All marketing and marketing related activities must be in compliance with the guidelines and restrictions as set forth in this section and Appendix D. DSS marketing restrictions apply to subcontractors and providers of care as well as to the MCOs. The MCO shall notify all its subcontractors and network providers of the DEPARTMENT'S marketing restrictions. The detailed marketing guidelines are set forth in Appendix D.
