Common use of DTC Approval Clause in Contracts

DTC Approval. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the approval of DTC to permit the Notes to be eligible for “book-entry” transfer and settlement through the facilities of DTC.

DTC Approval. The Company shall will use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the approval of DTC to permit the Notes Securities to be eligible for “book-entry” transfer clearance and settlement through DTC and to comply with all agreements set forth in the facilities representation letter of DTCthe Company to DTC relating to the approval of the Securities by DTC for “book entry” transfer.
