Common use of DTC Program Clause in Contracts

DTC Program. From the Closing Date until such time as no Subscriber holds any of the Securities (such date, the “Release Date”), the Company shall use its best efforts to employ as the transfer agent for the Common Shares and the Conversion Shares a participant in the Depository Trust Company Automated Securities Transfer Program (FAST) and cause the Common Stock to be transferable pursuant to such program.
