Dual Billing. Upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, each Party shall present separate bills to Customers for the respective services provided by the Parties. NATIONAL GRID shall thereafter have no obligation to include ESCO's Accounts Receivable on its bills to Customers.
