---DUAL FILINGS. (a) If requested, the Licensee shall make available to the Town at the Licensee's expense, copies of any petitions or communications with any State or federal agency or commission pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder. (b) In the event that either the Issuing Authority or the Licensee requests from any State or federal agency or commission a waiver or advisory opinion, it shall immediately notify the other party in writing of said request, petition or waiver.
