Duality Committee. Seller shall accommodate quality audits and customer/supplier meetings with Purchaser, which will be held as often as required and at least quarterly, during which appointed representatives of Seller and Purchaser shall review performance to Coke Quality Specifications, changes to Coke Quality Specifications and coal blends.
