Common use of Due Diligence Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Ascendiant or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, including providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal officesoffices or such other location mutually agreed to by the parties, as the Agent Ascendiant may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Manager or the Forward Seller and the Forward Purchaser, or its representatives respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Manager or the Forward Seller and the Forward Purchaser may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives the Forward Sellers and the Forward Purchasers or their agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents, Forward Sellers and Forward Purchasers may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives the Forward Sellers and the Forward Purchasers, as applicable, or their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents, the Forward Sellers and the Forward Purchasers may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Placement Agents or its representatives their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Placement Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Xxxxxxxxxx Securities or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Xxxxxxxxxx Securities may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request; provided, however, that such review shall not unreasonably interfere with the Company’s normal business operations.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Sales Agents or its representatives their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Sales Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents, the Forward Purchasers, the Forward Sellers or its representatives their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents, the Forward Purchasers and the Forward Sellers may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated herebytheir agents, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and as the Agents or their counsel may reasonably request; provided, however, that the Company shall be required to make available senior corporate officers only (i) by telephone or at the Company’s 's principal offices, as offices and (ii) during the Agent may reasonably requestCompany's ordinary business hours.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated herebyhereby and as reasonably requested in connection with the opinion of the Agent’s counsel required to be delivered pursuant to Section 9(f) hereof, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents, Forward Purchasers, and/or Forward Sellers or its representatives their respective counsel or agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives their agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s 's principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives Agents and their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Sales Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours upon reasonable prior notice and at the Company’s principal officesoffices (or such other location, including by remote or virtual meeting or teleconference, as mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto), as the Sales Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s 's principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Distribution Agents or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Distribution Agents may reasonably request.

The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives their agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available upon reasonable prior notice documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by any of the Agent Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as any of the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Credit Agricole or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Credit Agricole may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Sales Agents or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Sales Agents may reasonably requestrequest after consultation with the Company.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Sales Agents and the QIU or its representatives their respective agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as Ladenburg or the Agent QIU may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Noble or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Noble may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated herebyhereby or any Terms Agreement, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal officesrelevant independent public accountants, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Distribution Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Distribution Agents may reasonably request.
