Common use of Due Diligence Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the parties, as the Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or Agent, its representatives affiliates agents and counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Distribution Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as either of the Agent Distribution Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Placement Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Placement Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company Company, the Operating Partnership and the Manager will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or Agent, its representatives affiliates agents and counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, including providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Placement Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Placement Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Sales Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Sales Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the parties, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Sales Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours upon reasonable prior notice and at the Company’s principal offices (or such other location – including by remote or virtual meeting or teleconference – as mutually agreed to upon by the partiesparties hereto), as the Sales Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this the Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to agreeable by the parties, as the Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesand via teleconference, as the Distribution Agent may reasonably requestrequest from time to time.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Sales Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Sales Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives Agents and their affiliates, agents and counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, including providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable and customary due diligence review conducted by the Agent DB2/ 46767468.11 or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the either Agent or its respective representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the such Agent may reasonably request. Each Agent agrees to cooperate with England in connection with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by such Agent or its respective representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives their agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Placement Agents or its representatives their agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Placement Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its representatives their agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s 's principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives Agents, their affiliates agents and counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, including providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or Agent, its representatives affiliates, agents and counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, including providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, officers during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours hours, upon reasonable prior notice and at the Company’s principal offices offices, or such other location (including by remote or virtual meeting or teleconference) as mutually agreed to upon by the partiesparties hereto, as the Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, or such other location mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices or such other location mutually agreed to by the partiesoffices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request.
