Common use of Due Diligence Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Placement Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Placement Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Sales Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Sales Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Sales Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours upon reasonable prior notice and at the Company’s principal officesoffices (or such other location – including by remote or virtual meeting or teleconference – as mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto), as the Distribution Sales Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Sales Agent or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Sales Agent may reasonably request.

During On or prior to the term commencement date of this AgreementAgreement and from time to time thereafter, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent Agents or its representatives agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information information, making available good standing certificates for the Company and each Significant Subsidiary from its applicable jurisdiction of formation to the extent reasonably available in such jurisdiction and other documents and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Agent Agents may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent Agents or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as either of the Distribution Agent Agents may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent Sales Agents or its their representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Agent Sales Agents may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent Agent, or its representatives affiliates agents and counsel from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, including providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the The Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent Agents or its their counsel, representatives or agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Distribution Agent Agents may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Distribution Agent or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s 's principal officesoffices and via teleconference, as the Distribution Agent may reasonably request.
