Common use of Due Diligence Fees Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Buyer a due diligence fee equal to Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 United States Dollars ($8,500.00), which shall be due and payable in full on the Effective Date, or any remaining portion thereof shall be due and payable on the Effective Date if a portion of such fee was paid upon the execution of any term sheet related to this Agreement.
