Common use of Due Diligence Fees Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Buyer a due diligence fee equal to Seventy Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 United States Dollars ($17,500.00), which shall be due and payable in full on the Effective Date.
