Due Diligence Generally. PGT and its solicitors will be reasonably satisfied with their due diligence investigation of Enviro that is reasonable and customary in a transaction of a similar nature to that contemplated by the Transaction, including: (i) materials, documents and information in the possession and control of Enviro and the Selling Shareholders which are reasonably germane to the Transaction; (ii) a physical inspection of the assets of Enviro by PGT or its representatives; and (iii) title to the material assets of Enviro.
