Due Diligence Period Expired. Purchaser acknowledges that this Agreement does not provide a due diligence period, and that Purchaser has thoroughly reviewed and is satisfied in all respects with the Property Documents, other materials pertaining to the Property and is fully satisfied with all aspects of the Property for purchase under this Agreement including the results of all such studies, tests and inspections that Purchaser deems appropriate to analyze the feasibility of the acquisition and ownership of the Property and to determine, in Purchaser’s sole and absolute discretion, that the Property is suitable for acquisition by Purchaser.
