MORTGAGOR SHALL NOT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED UNDER THE CREDIT AGREEMENT, EXECUTE OR PERMIT TO EXIST ANY LEASE OF ANY OF THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY.
