Common use of Due Organisation Clause in Contracts

Due Organisation. It is a company duly organised, validly existing and in good standing under the Applicable Laws of the jurisdiction where it is incorporated and has all requisite power and authority to own and operate its business and properties and to carry on its business as such business is now being conducted and is duly qualified to do business in India and in any other jurisdiction in which its performance of the Contract makes such qualification necessary.

Due Organisation. It is a company company/trust/society/firm/sole proprietorship4 duly organised, validly existing and in good standing under the Applicable Laws of the jurisdiction where it is incorporated and has all requisite power and authority to own and operate its business and properties and to carry on its business as such business is now being conducted and is duly qualified to do business in India and in any other jurisdiction in which its performance of the Contract makes such qualification necessary.
