Common use of Due Organization and Existence Clause in Contracts

Due Organization and Existence. The Contractor is a California corporation licensed to provide such services in the state of California, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, has power to enter into this Master Site Lease and the Master Facilities Lease; is possessed of full power to lease, leaseback, and hold real and personal property and has duly authorized the execution and delivery of all of the aforesaid agreements.

Due Organization and Existence.
