Due to Death or Due to Disability. If the Executive's employment hereunder is Terminated Due to Death or Terminated Due to Disability, the Executive's Base Salary and other benefits specified in Section 3 hereof shall be paid or provided to the Executive (or the Executive's estate, if applicable) through but not after the Date of Termination, and the Company shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.
