Common use of Due upon signing Clause in Contracts

Due upon signing.  Failure to submit full security deposit timely will constitute a forfeiture of all monies deposited and will void any and all agreements. Fees (Non-Refundable):  Application Fee - $25/Applicant.  Must be submitted with completed rental applications.  Non-refundable processing fee. (Not to be applied to any deposits or other monies subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.) Maintenance Plan/Cleaning Fee - 50% of the security deposit (Minimum Fee. Non- negotiable)  To be deducted from Tenant’s security deposit as additional rent (collectible as rent).
