Dues Check-Off, Agency Shop And Other Deductions. 1. The College agrees to deduct from the salaries of its employees dues which said employees individually and voluntarily authorize the College to deduct. Such deductions shall be made in compliance with Chapter 233, New Jersey Public Laws of 1969, N.J.S.A. (R.S.) 52:14-15.9e. Employee authorizations shall be in writing and such authorizations shall continue in accordance with law until a notice of withdrawal is filed by the employee. 2.
