Duly Pay and Perform. It will duly and punctually pay all sums of money due by it under the terms of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents or otherwise at the times and places and in the manner provided for by this Agreement, the other Loan Documents or any other applicable agreement and shall duly and punctually perform and observe all other obligations on its part to be performed or observed hereunder or thereunder at the times and in the manner provided for herein or therein;
Duly Pay and Perform. Duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid all sums of money due by it under the terms of this Agreement and the Financing Documents at the times and places and in the manner provided for by this Agreement or the Financing Documents and duly and punctually perform and observe all other obligations on its part to be performed or observed hereunder or thereunder at the times and in the manner provided for herein or therein.

Each Credit Party shall duly and punctually pay all sums of money due by it under the terms of this Agreement and the Credit Documents at the times and places and in the manner provided for by this Agreement or the Credit Documents and shall duly and punctually perform and observe all other obligations on its part to be performed or observed hereunder or thereunder at the times and in the manner provided for herein or therein.

The Borrower shall duly and punctually pay all sums of money due by it under the terms of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents at the times and places and in the manner provided for by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and shall duly and punctually perform and observe all other obligations or covenants on its part to be performed or observed hereunder or thereunder at the times and in the manner provided for herein or therein.
