Common use of Dump Sites Clause in Contracts

Dump Sites. With respect to the period during which the Company owned or occupied its real estate, and to the Company's knowledge after reasonable investigation, with respect to the time before the Company owned or occupied its real estate, no person or entity has caused or permitted materials to be stored, deposited, treated, recycled or disposed of on, under or at any real estate owned or occupied by the Company, which materials, if known to be present, would require cleanup, removal or some other remedial action under Environmental Laws.
