Dumpster Service Sample Clauses

The Dumpster Service clause defines the terms under which dumpster or waste removal services are provided at a property. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the service provider and the customer, such as the frequency of pickups, acceptable types of waste, and procedures for requesting additional services or reporting issues. For example, it may specify that only non-hazardous waste can be disposed of and that the customer must ensure the dumpster is accessible on scheduled pickup days. This clause ensures clear expectations for waste management, helps prevent disputes over service levels, and allocates responsibility for proper waste disposal.
