Duocom Cohabitation Sample Clauses

The Duocom Cohabitation clause establishes the terms and conditions under which two parties, typically business entities or individuals, share a common space or facility. It outlines responsibilities such as maintenance, use of shared resources, and the division of costs related to utilities or repairs. By clearly defining each party's obligations and rights within the shared premises, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures smooth cooperation during the period of cohabitation.
Duocom Cohabitation. The Purchaser and the Vendor agree (and MCSi agrees on behalf of Duocom, its wholly-owned subsidiary) that each of them will, if requested by the other, allow the Purchaser as assignee of the Vendor and Duocom to continue the present arrangements whereby either the Vendor sub-lets space from Duocom, or Duocom sub-lets space from the Vendor as indicated on Schedule 4. Either the Purchaser or Duocom may give notice to the other of them to terminate those arrangements, such notice to be no less than 90 days unless agreed otherwise by the Purchaser and Duocom. The terms of such arrangements will be negotiated in good faith by the Purchaser and Duocom.
