Duplicate Applications. Watch for duplicate applications in your credit buying system. If you receive a second application from the same customer, compare the data from the original application and credit bureau to the new application and credit bureau, noting the differences for investigation.

Note: NIC does not automatically approve requests. After the program office reviews the submission and contacts the ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇ Help Desks to validate the reported technical issues, NIC will inform the applicant whether the request to submit a late application has been approved or denied. If NIC determines that the applicant failed to follow all required procedures, which resulted in an untimely application submission, NIC will deny the applicant’s request to submit their application. The following conditions are insufficient to justify late submissions: • failure to register in ▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in sufficient time; • failure to follow ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ instructions on how to register and apply as posted on its website; • failure to follow each instruction in the NIC solicitation; and • technical issues with the applicant’s computer or information technology environment, including firewalls.   • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.

  • Mobile Application If Red Hat offers products and services through applications available on your wireless or other mobile Device (such as a mobile phone) (the "Mobile Application Services"), these Mobile Application Services are governed by the applicable additional terms governing such Mobile Application Service. Red Hat does not charge for these Mobile Application Services unless otherwise provided in the applicable additional terms. However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

  • Duplicate Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.

  • Regulatory Applications (a) Summit and GAFC and their respective Subsidiaries shall cooperate and use their respective reasonable best efforts to prepare all documentation, to effect all filings and to obtain all permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Each of Summit and GAFC shall have the right to review in advance, and to the extent practicable each will consult with the other, in each case subject to applicable laws relating to the exchange of information, with respect to, all material written information submitted to any third party or any Governmental Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. In exercising the foregoing right, each of the parties hereto agrees to act reasonably and as promptly as practicable. Each party hereto agrees that it will consult with the other party hereto with respect to the obtaining of all material permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities necessary or advisable to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each party will keep the other party apprised of the status of material matters relating to completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. (b) Each party agrees, upon request, to furnish the other party with all information concerning itself, its Subsidiaries, directors, officers and stockholders and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of such other party or any of its Subsidiaries to any third party or Governmental Authority.

  • Maintenance of Primary Insurance Policies; Collections Thereunder The Master Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep, and to cause the Servicers to keep, in full force and effect each Primary Insurance Policy (except any Special Primary Insurance Policy) required with respect to a Mortgage Loan, in the manner set forth in the applicable Selling and Servicing Contract, until no longer required, and the Master Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep in full force and effect each Special Primary Insurance Policy, if any. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall have no obligation to maintain any Primary Insurance Policy for a Mortgage Loan for which the outstanding Principal Balance thereof at any time subsequent to origination was 80% or less of the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property, unless required by applicable law. Unless required by applicable law, the Master Servicer shall not cancel or refuse to renew, or allow any Servicer under its supervision to cancel or refuse to renew, any Primary Insurance Policy in effect at the date of the initial issuance of the Certificates that is required to be kept in force hereunder; provided, however, that neither the Master Servicer nor any Servicer shall advance funds for the payment of any premium due under (i) any Primary Insurance Policy (other than a Special Primary Insurance Policy) if it shall determine that such an advance would be a Nonrecoverable Advance or (ii) any Special Primary Insurance Policy.
