Duplicate Seal Clause Samples

The Duplicate Seal clause authorizes the creation and use of more than one official company seal. In practice, this means that a corporation may have multiple identical seals for use at different locations or by different officers, facilitating the execution of documents when the original seal is not available. This clause ensures operational flexibility and efficiency, preventing delays or complications that could arise from the need to access a single, centralized seal.
