Common use of Duplicates Clause in Contracts

Duplicates. This Agreement shall be executed in at least two (2) duplicates, with at least one originally executed version for each party. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, but all of such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, signatures by facsimile (including e- mail with a .pdf copy of the executed instrument attached) shall be binding to the same extent as original signatures. When a counterpart is delivered by facsimile, the original shall be delivered promptly after delivery of the facsimile counterpart.
