Duplication of funding and return of funds. If Recipient receives additional outside funding for a fellowship that duplicates funding provided by the Grant Program, Recipient shall notify Administrator immediately and return the Grant Program funds to Administrator, unless the Administrator determines otherwise in its sole discretion.
