Duration and amendment of Allocation Rules. 1. The Allocation Rules are of indefinite duration and are subject to amendment in accordance with this Article. These Allocation Rules and any amendments thereof shall be consulted upon subject to paragraph 7 of this Article, proposed by the relevant TSOs and enter into force in accordance with the applicable national regulatory regime. The Allocation Platform shall publish the amended Allocation Rules and send an amendment notice to Registered Participants.
