Common use of Duration and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of the Fall Semester 2017, and shall continue in full force and effect for one year from the date of its execution until and including midnight of the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 2018. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of the Fall Semester 20172014, and shall continue in full force and effect for one year three years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20182017. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 30, 2021, the first day of the Fall Semester 20172021, and shall continue in full force and effect for one year two years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 27, 2023, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20182023. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

This Agreement shall be effective as of August 27, 2018, the first day of the Fall Semester 20172018, and shall continue in full force and effect for one year two years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 23, 2020, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20182020. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 28, 2023, the first day of the Fall Semester 20172023, and shall continue in full force and effect for one year three years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 30, 2026, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20182026. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.
