Duration and Continuance. 31.1 Once ratified by the parties, this Collective Agreement shall be binding and remain in effect from the 1st day of May 2021 until and including the 30th day of April 2024. 31.2 This Collective Agreement, however, shall continue in force, including during any period of negotiation, until both parties ratify a new Collective Agreement, or until a strike or lockout is declared.
