DURATION AND EFFECT OF REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. (a) The representations and warranties made to Lender in this Article 5 are to be true, accurate and complete for the duration of the term of this Agreement. (b) None of the representations, warranties or statements made to Lender in this Agreement or in connection with this Agreement contain any untrue statement of a material fact, or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made not misleading.
