Common use of DURATION AND FINALITY OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND FINALITY OF AGREEMENT. (a) This agreement shall become effective as of July 1, 2020 and remain in full force and effective until June 30, 2021. (b) It is understood that this Agreement can only be added to, amended, or modified by a document, in writing, signed by both parties through their duly authorized representatives (c) The parties shall reopen negotiations for a successor agreement no later than the first business day of the year that the agreement expires. Should an impasse be reached and the current contract expires, all terms and conditions of the agreement will remain in effect. However, either party has the right to terminate the agreement with ninety (90) days written notice.
