Common use of DURATION AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANT. ‌ 3.1. The Funding Period starts on [ ] (the Commencement Date) and ends on [xx Month 20xx] unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Grant Funding Agreement. 3.2. The Grant Recipient will ensure that the Funded Activities start on [xx Month 20xx] but where this has not been possible, that they start no later than one (1) month after the Commencement Date. 3.3.
