Common use of DURATION AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND PURPOSE OF THE GRANT. This Grant Agreement will subsist for the duration of the Funding Period unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms. The Grant Recipient shall use the Grant solely for the delivery of the Funded Activities. The Grant Recipient may not make any changes to the Funded Activities.‌ The Authority may make changes to the Funded Activities (including changing the amount of the Grant and/or the scope of the Funded Activities) by providing reasonable written notice to the Grant Recipient.‌
