Duration and Termination of Agreement. 7.1 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until August 1, 2000 and from year-to-year thereafter unless terminated by either party as provided in Section 7.2 hereof. 7.2 This Agreement may be terminated by the Fund on 60 days written notice, and by MSDW TRUST on 90 days written notice, to the other party without payment of any penalty. 7.3 Should the Fund exercise its right to terminate, all out-of-pocket expenses associated with the movement of records and other materials will be borne by the Fund.
