Duration and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective on the date set forth above and will continue in effect for an initial period of two years from the date hereof. Thereafter this Agreement shall continue in effect for successive periods of one year each only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually in accordance with the Investment Company Act of 1940. This Agreement may be terminated on sixty days written notice by either party. This Agreement shall terminate automatically in the event of its assignment as defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940.
