Common use of Duration, Applicable law and Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Duration, Applicable law and Jurisdiction. 12.1 The obligations provided for in this Agreement are entered into for a period which shall end at the earlier of the following date: (i) the date on which all the operations contemplated in this Agreement are completed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, or (ii) 5 years as from its execution, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
