Project Manager shall at all times have access to the Project whenever any Work is in preparation or in progress.

Progress of the Project The A/E shall record the progress of the Project and provide written reports to the Contracting Authority and Owner on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Such reports shall include information on the Contractor’s Work, as well as completion status on the entire Project, showing percentages of completion. If the Project is administered using the State’s web-based project management software, the A/E shall issue written reports to the Contracting Authority, Owner, and Contractor through the “Field Reports” business process.

The Construction Phase will commence with the award of a Contract for any portion of the Project to a Contractor and will terminate upon the Final Acceptance of the Project by the Commission and the School District Board, provided that the Architect shall thereafter perform, as a part of Basic Services, such services as shall be reasonably necessary in connection with the correction by a Contractor or any subcontractor of any defects in the Project appearing during the applicable warranty periods and such services as may be necessary to correct any defects resulting from the Architect’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Architect shall provide its services during the Construction Phase in accordance with this Agreement and the Standard Conditions. The Architect and the Construction Manager shall at all reasonable times have access to the Project.
