Common use of Duration of a force majeure event Clause in Contracts

Duration of a force majeure event. If a force majeure event prevents a party from fulfilling this Agreement’s obligations for a period of 01 (one) year, the other party shall reserve the rights to unilaterally terminate the Agreement after 60 (sixty) days from the date of written notification unless such obligations are to be performed within 60 (sixty) days; and provided that the Purchaser does not choose to terminate the Agreement under force majeure events as stipulated in paragraphs b and dd, Clause 1 of this Article.
