Common use of Duration of a Trust Clause in Contracts

Duration of a Trust. Each Trust shall continue until, and shall terminate on the later of: (i) its respective Termination Date; (ii) the date on which the provision of Clause 3.5 have been satisfied; and (iii) the date on which the Trustee ceases to hold any Trust Back Assets in relation to that Trust.
