Common use of Duration of Agency Clause in Contracts

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrowers' Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to make Loans, issue Letters of Credit and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 7.01 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 7.01 through and including this Section 10.14 7.15 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrower’s Obligations shall have been paid in full and the BanksLenders’ commitments to make Loans and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 12.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 12.1 through and including this Section 10.14 12.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrowers' Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to make Loans, issue Letters of Credit and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 8.01 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 8.01 through and including this Section 10.14 8.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrower's Obligations shall have been paid in full full, all of the Letters of Credit have expired or been terminated and the Banks’ ' commitments to make Loans, issue Letters of Credit and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 10.15 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder thereunder, including without limitation all Reimbursement Obligations, shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder thereunder, including without limitation all Bond Reimbursement Obligations or Reimbursement Obligations, shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 10.13 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ Lenders' commitments to make Loans, issue Letters of Credit and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expiredexpired (and the provisions of Section 10.5 shall continue thereafter as provided therein).

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 7.01 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 7.01 through and including this Section 10.14 7.15 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrower's Obligations shall have been paid in full and this Agreement and the Banks’ commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company ' Revolving Credit Commitments shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 10.13 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrowers' Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to make Loans, issue Letters of Credit and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 9.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 9.1 through and including this Section 10.14 9.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 8.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 8.1 through and including this Section 10.14 8.12 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ Lenders' commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 through and including this Section 10.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 7.01 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 7.01 through and including this Section 10.14 7.20 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall of Borrower's Obligations have been paid in full and the Banks’ commitments to extend credit to Commitments of all Lenders have expired or for the benefit of the Company shall have terminated or expiredbeen terminated.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 9.01 ------------------ hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 9.01 through and including this Section 10.14 9.15 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder of Borrower's Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ Lenders' commitments to make the Loan and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 9.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 9.1 through and including this Section 10.14 9.15 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

The agency established by Section 10.1 13.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 13.1 through and including this Section 10.14 13.14 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrowers' Obligations shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ ' commitments to make Loans, issue Letters of Credit and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 8.1 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 8.1 through and including this Section 10.14 8.13 shall remain in full force and effect, until the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder shall have been paid in full and the BanksLenders’ commitments to extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 7.01 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 7.01 through and including this Section 10.14 7.17 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrower’s Obligations owed by any one or more of the Borrowers shall have been paid in full and the BanksLenders’ commitments to make Loans and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company any Borrower shall have terminated or expired.”

Duration of Agency. The agency established by Section 10.1 7.01 hereof shall continue, and Sections 10.1 7.01 through and including this Section 10.14 7.15 shall remain in full force and effect, until all of the Notes and all other amounts due hereunder and thereunder Borrower's Obligations owed by any one or more of the Borrowers shall have been paid in full and the Banks’ Lenders' commitments to make Loans and/or extend credit to or for the benefit of the Company any Borrower shall have terminated or expired.

Duration of Agency.
