DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12, 2022, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 23.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12on April 1st, 2022, 2011 and shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13March 31st, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended 2015 subject to variation by mutual agreement in writing between the parties. 23.02 This Agreement shall remain binding from year to year thereafter, unless notification in writing to re-open the Agreement is served by either of the parties hereto, such notification to be served within ninety (90) calendar days prior to said termination datethe expiration date of the Agreement. DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement shall become effective as at 12:01 a.m. July 1, 2023 and remain in full force and effect until 12:00 midnight, June 30, 2025. Should the Agreement expire, it shall remain in effect until agreement is reached on a successor Agreement. Either party to this Agreement shall, no later than February 1, 2023 submit to the other party, notice of February 12proposed modification or additions hereto. Such notice shall be given to the other party, 2022in writing, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination datecertified mail.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 39.01 This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12the first day of April 1, 20222009, and shall remain in full force and effect until and including the thirty-first (31st) day of March 2012. The parties agree that this Agreement shall continue to remain in force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026, a succeeding Agreement has been negotiated. Both parties agree to commence negotiations at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing least sixty (60) days but not more than ninety (90) days prior to said the termination datedate of this Agreement, in accordance with O.R.C. 4117.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the entire period of negotiations for a modification of this Agreement and shall be extended until such time as a new or modified Agreement is approved by both parties or any other required authority in the manner set forth in the State Employees Collective Bargaining Act except that no salary increases shall be granted under this agreement subsequent to the 30th day of June, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date2025.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12from July 1, 20222019 through June 30, 2020 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. remain in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless on February 13or before December 1, 20262019 and on or before December 1 any year thereafter, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination dateexpiration, either party gives written notice to the other of the intention to negotiate on any or all of the provisions of the Agreement. If any such notice is given, the parties shall enter into negotiations, no later than February 1, 2020 and February 1 any year thereafter and this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the June 30 immediately following such notice.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement agreement shall become be effective as of February 12July 1, 2022, and shall continue remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13June 30, 20262025. Either party may bring any article or section to the table. However, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing is not the intent to reopen the total contract prior to said termination the expiration date. Such meeting and conferring on proposed changes shall be subject to the bargaining and impasse procedures of Charter section A8.409 et seq., or as subsequently amended.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement agreement shall become be effective as of February 12July 1, 2022, 2022 and shall continue remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13June 30, 20262025. DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from the date of execution until June 30, 2023 and thereafter until amended or modified. Either party may, between January 1, 2023 and March 1, 2023, serve written notice upon the other party of its desire to modify or amend this Agreement. In such event, the parties shall commence negotiations immediately on such proposed amendments for a succeeding contract. Any such amendment or modification would become effective as of February 12after June 30, 2022, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date2023.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 50-1.01 This Agreement agreement shall become be effective as of February 12from October 1, 20222021, and shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. midnight on February 13September 30, 2026. 50-1.02 This agreement will renew itself without change for each succeeding year thereafter, at which time it unless written Notice to Bargain is served by either Party within four (4) calendar months immediately preceding the date of expiration of the term of this Agreement. Within sixteen (16) full monthly scheduling periods following the effective date of this Agreement, the Company will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination dateimplement a pairing number bid option.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12January 1, 2022, 2021 and shall continue remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13December 31, 20262023 unless otherwise terminated as provided herein; and B. If either party desires to modify, at which time amend or terminate this Agreement, it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing shall give written notice of such intent no earlier than ninety (90) calendar days prior to, nor later than sixty (60) calendar days prior to said termination datethe expiration date of this Agreement. If either party desires to continue, at which time modify, or amend this Agreement, it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing shall give written notice of such intent no earlier than ninety (90) days prior to said termination datethe expiration date of this Agreement.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 16.01 This Agreement agreement shall become effective as of February 12be in effect from July 16, 2022, 2006 and shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13December 31, 20262008 and thereafter from year to year unless, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing within 60 days prior to the expiration date of the agreement, notice is given by either party to the other party of their intention to revise, amend or terminate this agreement. The said termination datenotice may be given to the Company or to the Union by registered mail addressed to each respective Bargaining Unit of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union that is a party to this Collective Agreement.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 27.01 This Agreement shall become effective as on the 9th day of February 12July, 2022, 2015 and shall continue in effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13July 1, 20262021. It shall be renewed automatically from year to year unless either party gives to the other party, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said within a period of not more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date, notice of termination dateor amendment.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 19.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12on April 1, 2022, 2020 and shall continue in effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13March 31, 20262023 and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing within a period of sixty (60) days prior to said termination datethe expiry date in any year subsequent thereto, either party proposing to terminate, change or alter this Agreement shall give the other party written notice of such termination, changes or alterations to this Agreement and both parties shall thereupon negotiate in good faith with respect to the matters which it is proposed to terminate, change or alter and the remaining provisions shall automatically renew themselves as aforesaid.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement agreement shall become effective as on the 1st day of February 12May, 20222010 and shall continue to remain in effect until the 30th day of April, 2013, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13in force from year to year thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination, 2026or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred and twenty (120) days before the 30th day of April, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement 2013, or in writing prior to said termination datea like period in any year thereafter.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12July 1, 2022, and shall be and continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13in full force and effect to and including June 30, 20262025, and this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written notice of desire to cancel or terminate this Agreement is served by either party upon the other at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing least sixty (60) days prior to said termination datethe aforementioned expiration date or at least sixty (60) days prior to the annual expiration date of any subsequent year.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 22.1 This Agreement agreement shall become effective as of February 12commence on July 1, 20222021, and shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. twelve (12) o'clock midnight June 30, 2023, and from year to year thereafter, unless written notice of desire to terminate or modify this Agreement is given by either party to the other party on February 13, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination dateor before September twentieth (20) of any year.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement shall become effective as at 12:01 a.m. July 1, 2018 and remain in full force and effect until 12:00 midnight, June 30, 2020. Should the Agreement expire, it shall remain in effect until agreement is reached on a successor Agreement. DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 23.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12continue in full force and effect from April 1, 2022, until March 31, 2025 and provides notice in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date of the contract that it desires to terminate or amend its provisions. Where notice to amend the Agreement is provided, the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in force until 11:59 p.m. on February 13a new Agreement is signed, 2026or the right to strike or walk-out of crews, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date.whichever first occurs. 31st

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 40.01 This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12from June 1, 20222023, and shall continue remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13May 31, 20262027, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of such Agreement, give notice in writing prior to said termination datethe other party to terminate such Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 16.01 This Agreement agreement shall become effective as of February 12be in effect from March 13, 2022, 2009 and shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13December 31, 20262011 and thereafter from year to year unless, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing within 60 days prior to the expiration date of the agreement, notice is given by either party to the other party of their intention to revise, amend or terminate this agreement. The said termination datenotice may be given to the Company or to the Union by registered mail addressed to each respective Bargaining Unit of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union that is a party to this Collective Agreement.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12August 16, 2022, or the date of ratification by the parties, whichever is later, and shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2023. Either party may give notice to the other party of the party's wish to negotiate a new agreement. Such notice must be provided in February 13or March. If neither party gives notice, 2026this agreement shall continue for a period(s) of one year until either party gives such notice. This Agreement is signed this day of August, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date2022.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12July 1, 202220163, and shall continue remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13June 30, 2026, at which time it will terminate 20196. Either party wishing to modify and/or terminate this Agreement shall notify the other party, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination dateon or before February 1, 2025.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 22.01 This Agreement shall become is effective as of February 12on April 21, 20222012 (2 year Agreement) and will continue in full force and effect until April 21, 2014 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended may be varied by mutual agreement agreement, in writing prior to said termination datewriting, between the parties hereto. It will remain binding thereafter from month-to-month 22.02 This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until superseded by another Agreement or until all the requirements of the prevailing Federal laws have been met and no Agreement has been reached.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12on July 1, 2022, 2017 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13in full force and effect up to and including June 30, 20262019. This Agreement shall continue in effect for successive yearly periods after June 30, 2019 unless notice is given in writing by either the District or the Association to the other party, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing least ninety (90) days prior to said June 30, 2019 or any anniversary date thereafter, of its desire to modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement. If such notice is given this Agreement shall be open to modification, amendment or termination dateas such notice may indicate.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12July 1, 202220154, and shall continue remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13June 30, 2026, at which time it will terminate 20185. This Agreement shall automatically renew from year to year thereafter unless extended by mutual agreement one of the parties notifies the others in writing prior to said termination datethat a modification of this Agreement is desired. The written notification must be presented no later than thirty (30) days before this Agreement expires. In the event such notice is given, negotiations shall begin immediately.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 24:01 This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12from May 16, 20222013 and shall remain in full force and effect until midnight, April 30, 2016, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13thereafter from year to year provided that either party may, 2026not less than thirty (30) days or more than sixty (60) days before the expiry date of the Agreement, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement give notice in writing prior to said termination datethe other party to negotiate a revision of the Agreement and where notice is given the parties shall forthwith bargain collectively with a view to the renewal or revision of the Agreement or the conclusion of a new Agreement.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12January 1, 20222018, and shall continue remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13December 31, 20262020 unless otherwise terminated as provided herein; and B. If either party desires to modify, at which time amend or terminate this Agreement, it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing shall give written notice of such intent no earlier than ninety (90) calendar days prior to, nor later than sixty (60) calendar days prior to said termination datethe expiration date of this Agreement. DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement shall become effective as on the 1st day of February 12May, 20222016 and shall continue to remain in effect until the 30th day of April, 2019, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13in force from year to year thereafter unless either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination, 2026or proposed revision of this Agreement within one hundred and twenty (120) days before the 30th day of April, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement 2019, or in writing prior to said termination datea like period in any year thereafter.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. ‌ A. Expiration Date‌ This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 1212:01 a.m. on July 1, 20222021, and shall continue in effect until 11:59 p.m. 12:00 midnight, June 30, 2023. If, pursuant to such negotiations, an agreement on February 13the renewal or modification is not reached prior to the expiration date, 2026, this Agreement shall expire at which time such expiration date unless it will terminate unless is extended for a specific period or periods by mutual written agreement in writing prior to said termination dateof the parties.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement agreement shall become effective as of February 12, 2022be in effect upon execution, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. remain in full force and effect through June 30, 2025 provided, however, it shall be renewed automatically on February 13, 2026, at its termination date for another year in the form in which time it will terminate has been written unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination dateone party gives written notice as provided herein.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the entire period of negotiations for a modification of this Agreement and shall be extended until such time as a new or modified Agreement is approved by both parties or any other required authority in the manner set forth in the State Employees Collective Bargaining Act except that no salary increases shall be granted under this agreement subsequent to the 30th day of June, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date2023.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 15.01 This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12from April 1, 20222004, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13in full force and effect up to and including December 31, 20262006. 15.02 Either party to the Agreement may, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement within the period of ninety (90) days before the Agreement ceases to operate, give notice in writing prior to said termination datethe other party of its desire to bargain with a view to the renewal, with or without modifications, of the Agreement then in operation or to the making of a new Agreement. 15.03 Negotiations with respect to renewal of this Agreement shall commence within thirty (30) days of such notice.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the entire period of negotiations for a modification of this Agreement and shall be extended until such time as a new or modified Agreement is approved by both parties or any other required authority in the manner set forth in the State Employees Collective Bargaining Act except that no salary increases shall be granted under this agreement subsequent to the 30th day of June, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date2023 2025.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12on July 1, 2022, 2019 and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. on February 13in full force and effect up to and including June 30, 20262022. This Agreement shall continue in effect for successive yearly periods after June 30, 2022 unless notice is given in writing by either the District or the Association to the other party, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing least ninety (90) days prior to said June 30, 2022 or any anniversary date thereafter, of its desire to modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement. If neither of February 12the parties give notice to terminate or reopen the agreement, 2022the entire contract shall remain in effect for another year on a year to year basis, and shall continue until 11:59 p.m. one of the parties gives notice to terminate or reopen this agreement at least 60 days before the expiration of the Union agreement on February 13June 30, 2026, at which time it will terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination date2021.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. Section 40.1. This Agreement shall become be effective as of February 12January 29, 20222016, and shall continue remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 1312:00 Midnight, 2026January 28, at which time it will 2019, unless one party gives written notice to the other party of their desire to modify, amend, or terminate unless extended by mutual agreement in writing this Agreement. Written notice of such intent shall be given no earlier than ninety (90) calendar days prior to said termination the expiration date., nor later than sixty

DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This agreement will be effective retroactively from July 1, 2017 and will remain in effect through June 30, 2020 (the expiration date). This agreement will automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party notifies the other in writing that it desires to modify the agreement, at least 90 days prior to the anniversary date. This Agreement shall become effective as of February 12, 2022, will continue in full force and shall continue effect until 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026, superseded by another Agreement provided both sides mutually agree. This agreement may be reopened at which any time it will terminate unless extended by based upon mutual agreement in writing prior to said termination dateconsent from both parties.
