Duration of Claim. The indemnification obligations of the Indemnifying Party pursuant to this Agreement with respect to a specific claim for which indemnification is provided under this Agreement shall extend beyond the time period for indemnification set forth herein with respect to such specific claim until it has been fully discharged or resolved or settled so long as a written notice prepared in good faith with reasonable specificity (to the extent known at such time); shall have been given to the Indemnifying Party on or prior to the end of such time period.
