Common use of Duration of Consignment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

The Artist and The Gallery Galerie Protégé agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months_May 17th – June 17th, 2018 , and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this termterm and the artist can not sell the works out side of the gallery without an agreement between the artist and gallery. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery Galerie Protégé requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 dayspromptly.

The Artist and The Gallery Third Place agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 monthsone month, beginning on the first of the month or otherwise arranged by Artist and The Third Place, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

The Artist and The Gallery both agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 a minimum of 3 months, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue after this agreed date until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.
