Common use of Duration of Consignment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery ARTPLU requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months26 days for a group exhibition starting on January 4, 2013 and ending on January 30 2013, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 daysin writing.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return release before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return release of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back cancel the listing of any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

The Artist and The Gallery ANU COMPANY agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 monthsone month, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery ANU COMPANY requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months1 month, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or end, and unless a new contract is agreed upon, The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party Artist shall comply within 30 days. During this timeframe, The Gallery may move the Artworks out of the designated viewing area and store them out of public view.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The the Gallery agree that the initial minimum term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 monthsas listed on the inventory sheet at submission. Consignment may continue past the consignment period, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafterby mutual consent, consignment shall continue until the Artist or Gallery requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks Artwork with which request the other either party shall comply within 30 days.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist ARTIST and The Gallery the GALLERY agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 (months), and that the Artist ARTIST does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue month-to- month until the Artist ARTIST requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery the GALLERY requests that the Artist ARTIST take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 dayspromptly.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery Galerie Protégé agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 months_May 17th – June 17th, 2018 , and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this termterm and the artist can not sell the works out side of the gallery without an agreement between the artist and gallery. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery Galerie Protégé requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 dayspromptly.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery Third Place agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 monthsone month, beginning on the first of the month or otherwise arranged by Artist and The Third Place, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.

Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery both agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 12 a minimum of 3 months, and that the Artist does not intend to request their return before the end of this term. Thereafter, consignment shall continue after this agreed date until the Artist requests the return of any or all of the Artworks or The Gallery requests that the Artist take back any or all of the Artworks with which request the other party shall comply within 30 days.
