DURATION OF CONTRACT & DATES OF OCCUPANCY. A. This contract is effective upon application for on-campus housing. It is binding for the entire academic year or that portion of the academic year remaining at the time of occupancy. The resident, except under the conditions listed under Contract Release, cannot terminate the housing contract. Failure to officially check-in does not release a student from the financial obligations for on-campus housing.
