DURATION OF CONTRACT & DATES OF OCCUPANCY. This Contract is effective upon the University’s acceptance of application for on-campus housing. It is binding for the entire academic year or that portion of the academic year remaining when occupancy begins. The Resident, except under the conditions listed under Cancellations and Contract Release, cannot terminate this Contract. Failure to officially check-in does not release a student from the financial obligations for on- campus housing. Similarly, not returning midyear does not release a student from the remainder of the Contract. An additional charge will be assessed for residents who live in housing outside the established occupancy periods identified below. Students who cancel their Spring 2021Semester housing must vacate their Fall 2020 Semester assignment by the Fall Move Out Date. All move in and move dates are subject to TH&SP and may be modified.
