Common use of Duration of cooperation and termination Clause in Contracts

Duration of cooperation and termination. 4.1 This Agreement is effective after being signed by authorized representatives of both Parties and will terminate automatically when the term of cooperation specified in Article 4.2 has expired. After the expiry of the term of cooperation of this Agreement, it can be extended through mutual agreement between both Parties.
