Duration of County's Possession. 11.4.1 County's right pursuant to this Article to retain temporary possession of Franchisee's facilities and equipment, and to render Collection services, shall terminate when County determines that such services can be resumed by Franchisee, or when County no longer reasonably requires such facilities or equipment. In any case, County has no obligation to maintain possession of Franchisee's property and/or continue its use for any period of time and may at any time, in its sole discretion, relinquish possession to Franchisee.
