Common use of Duration of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 9.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding and/or Issuer or the Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) hereunder shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Guarantor and/or the Security Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 11.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Master Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 9.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Master Issuer and/or the Master Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or any Funding Beneficiary and/or the any Funding Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or the Funding Companies and/or the Funding Security Trustee Trustees arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) hereunder shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Guarantor LP and/or the Security Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from a breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 11.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding 1 and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall Section 12.1 hereof will remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Guarantor and/or the Security Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Trust Property Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding LLP and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 9.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Fund and/or the Security Trustee Representative arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.3 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding and/or Issuer or the Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Eighth Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Eighth Issuer and/or the Eighth Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Third Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Third Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall Section ‎12.1 hereof will remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Guarantor and/or the Security Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 11.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding Issuer and/or the Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.
