Common use of Duration of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer and/or the Note Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) hereunder shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Guarantor and/or the Note Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Master Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 9.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Master Issuer and/or the Note Master Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) hereunder shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Guarantor LP and/or the Note Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall Section 12.1 hereof will remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Guarantor and/or the Note Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Trust Property Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Mortgages Trustee and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer LLP and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Third Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Third Issuer and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Eighth Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Eighth Issuer and/or the Note Eighth Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.3 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) shall Section ‎12.1 hereof will remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Guarantor and/or the Note Bond Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 9.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer and/or or the Note Issuer Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 (Covenants) 9.1 shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer Fund and/or the Note Trustee Representative arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.

Duration of Covenants. The covenants of the Current Issuer Cash Manager in Clause 10.1 11.1 (Covenants) shall remain in force until this Agreement is terminated but without prejudice to any right or remedy of the Current Issuer and/or the Note Security Trustee arising from breach of any such covenant prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.
